Even in smaller transactions, the buyer of the domain may be very concerned with remitting the purchase price before receiving the domain name. Our attorneys can act as escrow agents in these transactions, escrowing the purchase price from the buyer in trust until the domain name is transfered before finally remitting payment to the seller.
