UDRP Domain Name Disputes
Our experienced Internet attorneys regularly handle UDRP domain name disputes.  We represent both complainants and respondents in UDRP proceedings over gTLD domains before both the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).  We also represent parties in ccTLD proceedings before other international authorities, including ADNDRC, Nominet, and others. We consult free of charge with any party having a dispute over the registration rights of an Internet domain name.
ACPA / Trademark Litigation

If you are involved in litigation under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), whether in Virginia or another state, we can help.  Our attorneys regularly handle ACPA litigation and have secured judgments, domain transfer orders, injunctions, and TROs (temporary restraining orders) from many different state and federal courts across the United States.  Please contact us for a free consultation.  We have attorneys licensed in Virginia, New York, Utah, Washington D.C., and elsewhere.

Domain Sale Contract Disputes
We can sue to resolve contract disputes involving the purchase/sale of a domain name, where another party has breached that contract.  Our litigators are experienced in domain contract disputes.  We can lock a domain so it cannot be transfered, collateralize a debt with notes and/or a domain name (using UCC financing statements), and satisfy judgments by liquidating another party's domains.  We can also obtain court orders instructing VeriSign to forcibly transfer a domain from one party to another.
